Nokia N86 8MP ReviewSun, 28 Jun 2009

Well into 2009, 8-megapixel cell phones have been around for about a year now and we have already thoroughly compared them. Similarly to the slightly belated market entry of the Nokia 5800 XpressMusic, the manufacturer is now taking on the cameraphone niche with their Nokia N86 8MP. It is a double slider like the Nokia N95 and Nokia N85 and is being extolled as a device with superb camera that allows taking of excellent pictures in both natural and artificial lighting conditions. Aside from it, the N86 8MP’s camera is the first in a cell phone with variable aperture. In theory, this would allow better sensitivity to light and improved picture depth.

HTC Touch Pro 2 ReviewMon, 08 Jun 2009

HTC used to equip their top range smart phones with wide, side sliding, full QWERTY keyboards that seem to have been largely successful, since the first, fifth generation device with the same form factor, the HTC Touch Pro2, has just been released. Unlike its predecessor, it´s larger rather than smaller and brings the round-shape design back into the game, chucking the edgy form all latest handsets of the same manufacturer stake on. The phone sports a huge 3.6-inch screen, awesome 5 row keyboard, mechanism that lets you tilt the display so you can see things better and a bunch of extra business features to drool over.
